PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is requested at the time of service. We accept cash, cheques, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. For longer treatment plans involving several appointments, an initial payment of 50% of the estimate is required at the first appointment, and the balance is due at the insertion appointment. We also offer a third party financing option. This allows you to make monthly payments on a no interest or low interest basis. Please feel free to talk to our Treatment Coordinator about any of these options. Our goal is to make it as easy for you as possible to obtain the dentistry you want and need.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If, for some reason, you need to cancel your appointment, we require 2 business days' notice or a cancellation fee may apply. This allows us sufficient time to schedule another patient in that appointment time, thus ensuring all our patients receive prompt service and quality care.
EMERGENCY CARE
The Carriage Place Dental Centre is aware that dental needs do not always conform to a 9 to 5 schedule! We will make every effort to address your dental emergency (acute swelling, pain, bleeding) within 24 hours. Our after hours message on our answering machine includes an emergency phone number where one of our doctors may be reached.
